John does an amazing job. Called him in the morning and had my knives back before dinner even though he had a full schedule. Most importantly, my knives are as sharp as they have ever been!

Great quality knives with an excellent, durable edge. He was very communicative and went above and beyond to help me out at last minute on a Friday afternoon. I always appreciate when a business owner is sympathetic to country folk being on odd schedules up in Perth. He took the time to coach me on my steeling technique so that I could keep my knives in better condition for longer - great service! I have used a few competitors in the past but will now only return to knifeman.

John did an awesome job with our knife set, that I am sad to say had never been sharpened in the 15 years of owning them. He was very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. Next time I drop them off I might have to ask for some advice on using a steel.

I just couldn't believe how John transformed the knives and the pair of scissors I gave him to sharpen. Cutting now with the knives he has sharpened is like putting a knife through butter. John also gives you a quick lesson on how to maintain your knives and how to use the sharpening steel. I strongly recommend John to sharpen your knives. You will not disappointed. I guarantee.

1000% reccommend! John did an amazing job sharpening and dressing my 5 butcher knives, and on top of that, spent time teaching me how to maintain these fantastic edges! A wealth of knowledge and truly lives up to his business name.
